Shipping and Exchanges

  • Shipping Time
    Items typically ship from the boutique within 1-3 business days. We ship according to your selection at checkout, with tracking. Tracking info is added to your order automatically.
    Milli Kids Boutique is not responsible for the following:
    • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
    • International Duties or Customs Charges
    • Lots, damaged, or marked delivered items. 
  • In Store Pickup Policy
    • Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday can be picked up the same day.
    • Orders placed on Sunday and Monday can be picked up Tuesday-Saturday 
  • Exchange/Store Credit Eligibility Requirements
    All clearance and sales/promotional items are FINAL SALE and there are no exchanges or returns.  No cash or credit refunds!  In-store credit or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase and will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
    • Almost all items are eligible for a exchange/store credit, please see below for exceptions & rules:
      • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
      • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
      • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
      • Final Sale items will not be accepted for exchange/store credit. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
      • Jewelry
      • Any items discounted at time of sale
      • Gift cards
  • Restock Fees
    • If the order was SHIPPED FREE, a restocking fee for shipping and insurance fees will be deducted from the total refund.
    • The return shipping cost will be deducted from store credit for any online returns.

    • Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your exchange.
    • Exchanges that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).
    • If an ineligible item(s) is sent to us for exchange/store credit:
    • Items postmarked after 14 days from order date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3/item whichever is greater.
    • Ineligible exchanges (including those that are postmarked after 14 days of order date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld) can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
    • We will make every effort to contact you and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 48 hours from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 48 hours, we will process the exchange with the applicable restocking fee withheld (if eligible).
  • Order Cancellations: 
    • We do not offer order cancellations. Please make sure you have the correct size, items, coupons, and shipping information before you complete your order. 
  • In store Exchanges: 
    • In store exchanges are allowed for online orders, if the above criteria is met, without contacting us via email first.
